Henry Jacob Ditmar V
He will be missed like air. So many are left with a hole where his smile filled. But we know this is not the end and that one day we will be rejoicing in heaven alongside him. Now that we are left here we have to pick up where he left off, so whether that means hugging someone, serving beyond yourself, or going out and giving blood like he had planned to, just do it.
This spring Henry would have graduated from high school wearing red cords for being a blood donor; he only had to donate two more times and he already had the dates set. He was planning to go into graphic design at a local college. He was accepting of everyone regardless where they came from and welcomed them into his life and loved them. He had such a love for his family. He was a fantastic child of God.
2/7/1990-1/26/2008
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20.
His girlfriend, Cynthia.
Henry was the most loving and generous person you would ever come across. He would go out of his way to say good morning and give you a hug. He knew what was needed long before anyone said anything. Then he would do something above and a mile beyond what was needed or expected. Unfortunately less than two weeks before his eighteenth birthday Henry was brought to Heaven. Henry had passion for God that fueled his every word. His love was the most simple and amazing outreach of God's. There is hope because of this.
