Ripped Paper
Physical change means it made no change on a molecular level. Its still paper, just in two seperate pieces.
Freezing Water
freezing of water is a physcal change because all you are doing is changing the physical state of the water from a liquid to a solid.
Sharpening a Pencil
there is no change to the chemical makeup of the pencil when sharpening it. It is simply chunks of wood being sliced off to reveal more of the lead.
Rising Bread
it can change back because as it rises, it can pop. Therefore, it shall turn back to normal bread dough.
Shattering Lightbulb
nothing chemical about the light bulb has changedd. it is only broken, into seperate pieces.

The reason that rust is considered a chemical change is because the "connections" or the bonds of atoms are changed in the process. When atoms "rearrange themselves" by changing the "connections" or bonds to allow different compounds to be formed, as is the case with the formation of rust, a chemical change has taken place.

exploding dynamite is a chemical change because there is no longer dynamite and the was a great deal of energy exchanged

Flammability is a chemical property because when you burn something there is a chemical reaction, therefore a chemical change will occur.
