What was the role of the wife and childeren?
The type of sacrifice they did was a bloody debt. They did that because they wanted to avert dister by paying a endless debt. The staple crop was corn, but they also ate alot of beans and squash. Other then does main crops they also ate chillies, tomatos, limes, cashews, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peanuts, and choclate.
They built their homes out of adobe. Their homes are serparatid into four parts the eating area, the cooking area, the sleeping area, and the family shrine. They were divided into socil classes.
They mostly painted jaguars,ducks, monekeys, snakes,deers,and dogs. The gods were painted in bright colors. Things like clothing was amborned with beads and feathers.
A role of a wife was very imporant. They took care of the household chores and cooking. The role of the childeren was also imporant. They had to be rspectful, obedient, and hamble. The childeren also had to teach lessons at a very young age. Also the girls were considered childeren until marrige.
The Aztects came to the Americas in between 12th century and 15th {A.D.}. For recreation the Azetcs played ball, and the losers where to be given up to the gods as a sacrafice.
Yes they did have a religion it was called Nanuatl. Some of their beleifs were it took five tries for the gods to make the earth. Tezcatlipocd was tthe first creator of the world. Nanauatl was the sun god. Ehecall he sacrifced the other gods. Quetzalcoatl he created humans.
