FAIR USE: There are only some exceptions for using others copywrited work. You can use them for education, but there are also some restrictions on that also. Two examles of Fair Use is Parody, Comment and Criticism. Teach, and News Reporting.
C- ALL RIGHTS RESERVED: Copyrighting laws are very strict. You can not use anyone elses creations unless you have written permission. Most of the time companies what money from you to gain there permission. An important thing to know is that not everything is copyrighted. Or right away. for example ideas and list of ingrediants.
When there are two authors/creators they share the copyright to their work.
CC- CREATIVE COMMONS: Some rights are reserved, but not all. There are four different kinds of creative commons; attribution, noncommercial, no derivative works, and share alike. They all have different meaning, but stick to the same fact that only some rights are reserved if you give credit to the author.
Copyright permision lasts until 70 years after the author/creators death.
