Boy v.s. Girl Bullying
Whats the difference?
Boys and girls are very different in many ways, so why should we expect their ways of bullying to be the same? WE SHOULDN'T! The way that boys and girls bully are indeed different. Girls tend to be more assertive about things and do things in groups and behind people's back. By saying things and posting things on the internet. While boys on the other hand are more aggressive with things and physical.
Girls and Boys have a many different tactics and ways of approaching bullying. Girls tend to not confront their target directly. Girls tend to do things to the target behind their back. Like spread rumors, post mean or hurtful comments on facebook, tell her in a mean way that she has been rejected from her group of friends, or create a mean name about her and spread it through the school. Girls use a lot of cyber bullying compared to boys who are more upfront. Girls will create profiles on facebook and post mean comments on their wall. Girls will also get into other girls emails and send horrible messages to people in their school, thinking it was her.
Boys have a type of bullying that is very different then how girls bully. Boys are much more agressive than girls. Boys are also very physical through out all levels of education, elementary all the way through college. Boys are more accepting of bullies unlike girls who arn't very accepting. Girls who see bullying think that they are being over agressive. While when boys see bullying it is just a boy thing to do. Right" Nope bullying is always bad no matter what the sercumstance
