Looking in the mirror, what do you see? Blinking twice, hoping its not me. The girl who looks back, she cant explain, Her eyes look hurt, riddled in pain. Inside her head, she doesnt want you to see, Inside caged bars, she wants to be free. Tears roll down her cheek, 2, 3, 4, She feels like she cant take anymore. Shes been like this for many months now, How it all started? Shes not sure how. Lifting her wrist, inspecting the scars, This is what its like, fighting against the bars. How long can she last? Knowone knows, Untill she finially gives up and goes. The thoughts that spin around her head, She wishes they were happy instead. Looking in the mirror, what do you see? Blinking twice, yes its me.
