If everyone in my book had a fatal disease and I could only help one it would have to be Greg heffley which is the main character. The reason why I would help him is because he's the main character and without him there would be any point in writing any more Diary of a wimpy kid books because these books are mainly about him and how he deals with his daily problems whether its with his family members, or whether its with other people like his friends or people at his school.
