Without their religion they would be a completely different society. Their Hindu religion is how they run their life from what they grow and so on. The Hindu’s believed in karma which is doing to others that you would do to yourself. Then Buddhism and Jainism faith were created because they were protesting the power that the Brahmans have. The Aryans changed the Indians culture from the caste system to women being downgraded. Asoka Chandragupta’s grandson made it so that the governments’ laws from his grandfather were softened so that the people could flourish. Asoka united all of India under one government. The culture changes when each different leader takes charge. Culture is everything mixed into one topic.
There was a lot of racism in India.
The Brahmans were the highest of the high besides the ruling monarchy. The Brahmans were the highest because they were also the most involved in their religion.
