Mocking Jay
Supernatural Helper: "Gale. I'll need him with me to do this."(39) 1. Gale is is one of the only people she can truly trust. 2. Gale and katniss are best friends and they rely on each other.
Special Weapon: "In the case, on the bed crushed maroon velvet, lies a stunning bow."(69) 1.This weapon will help katniss complete her journey. 2. This weapon will be more than a normal bow since shes the mocking jay.
Trials: "Thats when the first bomb hit." (93) 1.Katniss will face many dangerous challenges. 2. I'm guessing they will be all throghout the story.
Name and Description of Hero: "My name is Katniss Everdeen. I am from district 12. I was in the Hunger Games. I escaped. The Capital hates me." (37) 1. Katniss isn't any ordinary 17 year old. 2.These are all traits of a hero.
Unusual Birth:In the first book of the Hunger Games it explains how Katniss lost her father when she was young and she had to support the family.
Call to Adventure: "of course I hate the capital," (12) 1. Katniss will do whatever it takes to destroy the Capital. 2.The main reason she will become the mockin jay is her hate for the capital.
Crossing the Threashold: "Take her to Eight this afternoon, there was heavy bombing this morning." (77) 1.Katniss will learn about new places. 2. She will be surprised to see how different the other districts will be.
Reclation with father-figure: "If I'd had a private reunion with Peeta, he would have killed me." (179) 1. Something is wrong with Peeta because he would never act like this. 2. Katniss will have to forgive him.
Return Home: "Come on. We're going home." (377) 1. Katniss finally gets to go home. 2.This time Katniss will not leave home to go on another journey.
