Cilia are shorter and there are a lot of them.
Cilia and Flagella: hairlike sturcutres that come out from the surface of cells an help it to move on its own.
Cilias on the inner ear help detect sound through vibrations.
Cilia and flagella are commonly found on protists, which are a kind of eukaryote. the cilia help to sweep water and food particles into the mouth, while the flagella mostly pushes it through water.
