Objectives Of Costume Design: - Establish mood and style - Establish period and locale - Identify characters' nature - Identify relationships -Meet needs of performers - Maintain consistency with production as a whole
Tools used by Designers: - Fabric - Sewing machine, needle and thread, hot glue guns, anything to bring the costume together - Beads, sequins, feathers, flowers, ect - The actor, all outfits must be made around the actor
