Sharon Draper's triology (second book) was nothing less than amazing. The way she told the story was very descriptive. For example, When Geralld was three you can tell by the way she described him. ''The fire dancing soldier '' (it was a lighter).

Her triology would be a winner for young people book award. You can understand her language in the book. It makes you think like ''wow, people can actually go through this" '' The whole triology is genuis.
