Purpose- This company is about Having a place where elderly people come to spend there time. If they dont want to live by themselves they can go here. The nurses and other residents can keep them busy with neat activites for the whole day.They also have medical nurses that will help them manage their meds they need everyday so they dont have to worry about taking them!That is what this company is all about!
Future: this company in 15 years will be even bigger. More advertisings about the company. it also will have alot more residents looking into it! and maybe more nurses being able to work there!
Emploabilty Skills-The kinds of emploability skills that are needed are basically all the skills that are required at our school. so what i found out is that what we do in class is what is necessary for the work place.
overall- I think this career is not suited for me really. It requires alot of Measurements and medicine .
Dislikes-Paperwork dealing with the medicine Likes-Being with the patients and nurses
