I've read twilight the whole twilight saga and the first book is bascally about a girl named bella who risks her life by dating a vampire and ends up falling in deadly love with him.
This book along with the movie is basically Bella getting ditched by edward then falling in love with her werewolf best friend jacob. Edward who is such a butthole left her 4 ' ' Her own Protection ' '. But it didnt help cause because of hom bella is being hunted and stocked by victoria the girlfriend that angrly wants to kill bella because of edward killing her mate. BUT FINALLY AFTER AN ATTEMPTED SUICIDE MISSION EDWARD IS SAVE BY BELLA AND COMES BACK.
New Moon
In this book with edward and bella reunited they together with the werewolfs and the cullen family fight off victoria and her gang and sort of reach a truce. To top that off the edward and bella are getting married

Breaking Dawn
In this book edward and bella get married and then end up pregnant during the babys birth she dies and is turned into a vampire her biggest dream by her new husband and after her big fight with jacob cause hes mad about her being a vampire every one lives happily ever after
