October 11th my life took a turn for the worse. i was woken up by my landlandy and some old guy i had never seen before. they said they where there becuase i had not paid my rent and i was being evicted. i couldnt believe what they were telling me. i had paid my rent i didnt bother the neighbors. but according to the land lady i had not paid rent since i had been there. and i guess there was court dates that i had missed or thats what the old guy told me. but i knew i had paid them. i had the checked from the bank. but the old guy told me that since i had missed the court dates that it didnt matter what i had. i told him i was unaware of the court dates or i would have been there, he told me that in indiana all they had to do was "say" that it was posted on my door. but i had recieved nothing. so these people starting putting my stuff in garbage bags and taking it outside. the old guy told me that i should prolly call someone and i told him that i was from ohio and had only been out here for 3 months he didnt care. he said once all my stuff was outside that i would need to give him the keys and i would have to leave. but they guys that where there to move all my stuff were nice. they slowed down the moving and even let me pack up some of my stuff so i knew where it was. one even told me about a shelter but i would of had to live in indiana for 3 years to be able to recieve help from them. i was able to call a friend fo mine who had a truck and she was able to come help me move my stuff to her parents garage. but i still to this day do not understand how they got away with kicking me out. and i am not raciest by any means. but i was the only white person in my building. and i had a sweet apt. ground floor 2 bed view of the feild. laundary right outside my door. i tried to call and talk to the land lady but she wouldnt take my calls. so i had my mom call her. she told my mom that i hadnt paid since i was there. when my mom told her that i had the checks to prove i had paid they lady said it didnt matter once you had been evicted you couldnt move back in. so that right there proved to me that she had done all of this just to kick me out. and they are EVIL people.
