The University of New Haven
UNH is the home of the chargers. And by default, the institute of forensic science is also home of the chargers. Sports: Baseball, men and womens basketball, cross country and football, womens lacross only, men and womens soccer, softball, womens tennis, and men and womens vollyball.
Majors: Criminal justice, crime analysis, internation justice and security, investigative services, juvenile and family justice, law inforcement, victim services, fire and occupational safety, fire protection, fire science, fire and arson investigation, biology and chemistry, dispute resolution, paralegal studies, public affairs, victimology, crime analysis, criminalistics forensic psychology, and advanced investigation.
The Info: Tuition: The yearly estimated tuition for UNH is about $43,174. Including living expenses and books. Majors: Just about everything is offered at UNH, from art to fire science. Housing: No, it is not required to live on campus as a freshmen, but it is recommended. To live on campus you must be a full time undergraduate. Transportation: Only sophmores, juniors and seniors are allowed to keep their cars on campus, however there is a local bus running around around the college and to town.
The Henry C Lee institute of forensic science is a build off from UNH. Classes for the institute include crime scene photography, blood spatter analysis, and crime scene reconstruction. With real CSI's as teachers, students get hands on expierence they can't get elsewhere. Students get the chance to work for the state of Connecticut, working in real crime scenes with real criminals. Warning its not for the faint of heart.
