NAACP Special Edition: The biannual Special Edition is to exchange information concerning pertinent issues impacting the African American community. As the Association attempts to bring a more focused discussion to the public policy debate, we will use this Special Edition to highlight the thought leadership associated with the country’s community of policy experts and leaders.
