Stroke is a disease that affects the blood vessels that send blood to the brain. it affects the whole body at the end but at first it only affects the brain, blood vessels and heart. This can make one's longevity shorter and their lifestyle can become very problematic.
Lifestyles that contribute to a stroke is eating things with LDL, whoch can clog the blood vessels, and not working out, which can cause problems in the blood vessels.
The changeable factors of a stroke is bad cholesterol consumption, exercise, and diet.
Precautions: 1- Eat less LDL Cholesterol. 2- Exercise. 3.- Have a good diet. 4- Get medical check-ups.
