spread sheets are very easy to use all you have to do is concerntrate and if you are really stuck then you can go to the help tool bar and thet is always useful ! you can also in sert charts of all different shapes and sizes just go to insert then chart !

when you want to add things together all you do is go up to the box at the top then type in the cell number ( remembering to put equals at the front ) type in the other cell number then press enter
