I love you And I guess you loved me, too When we first were together, I thought I trusted you Now,well... I don't know, I feel something new I remember when we would go bowling together Or when we took our bubble baths, and we would last forever... Now I'm in my bed alone, just crying Wishing I was dying But what was it? Why didn't you ever tell me??? I thought you trusted me, because you told me that you loved me!!! Did our love change because of trust??? Or because we never learned to trust?? One night you came, and you were acting weird And when I asked what was wrong, you would just turn anddisappear Trust??? trust??? trust??? Question marks are the only things that come to mind Until that night!!! Raining, thunder, windy, it was a very ugly day But when I got home I saw something beyond ugly I saw you lying on the floor with blood coming down your head And the gun you had been holding pressing down on your chest Until I saw that note on your neck saying... I thought I trusted you, but did you ever trust me??? Thinking is not the same as knowing... I whispered to myself silently, saying, "Yes, I did trustyou..."
