It's raining and she's cold. He is late again. This isn't the first time this has happened. As she stands against the tree she thinks about what she could be doing. The rain gets heavier. She pulls her hood over her head. She could be sitting at a nice table in front of a warm fire but no. He has to be late and not tell her once again. She could be eating a lovely roast and having a nice conversation but no. She's thinking to herself on an empty stomach. As she looks down the street at darkness she starts to worry. She gets the feeling someone is watching her. She can feel eyes watching her very move. She turns quickly. Left to right. She can hear her heart. It's as though it's been placed in head. Fear is taking over her mind. He is far late than normal. Usually it's only a couple of minutes, not hours. Something in the brush shimmers across the road. She covers her mouth to stop the sound of breathes. The brush starts to move a bit more. There's no wind to make it move that. She stops. Her heart is racing and breathe is slow. Whatever was making it move had stopped. She wasn't liking this. Something apears from across the road. A man. He is quite tall and his face is hidden from both lack of light and as he would not lift his head more than to look at her. She started walking away. He followed. She speed up her pace just a little faster. As did he. Her legs wanted to run but her body was to cold and felt frozzen. He reached out a hand to grab her. She screamed. He pushed to the hard, wet, black tar road. He went to pull something from his coat pocket. When she asked what he wanted. He just chuckled a little, smiled and said nothing. She was crying. Thinking he could see he would take some sympathy. As he looked down at the crying girl, the tears that stream down her face just look like the pooring rain to him. A loud bang was heard. Her ears ringing with the sound she opened her eyes and he was gone. She was left to die lone. No one knew she was here. Her boyfriend was dead at home and she had no idea. She thought he was caught up again. Her killer had knowen this pattern. He had been studying them for a while. Someone they knew and no one will know. For a moment it seems as though everything has stopped, the rain, sound, movement. Her breathe grew weak and her heart slowed down. The street light above her grew dimmer. She was alone and cold and the rain landed on her face in her last moments. That was the last peace she would ever have.

wow awesome and sad story! love it!! yes u got a point there tho!1 be careful wot patterns u use in ur everyday life cos this sort of thing could happen!!
