(noun) conundrum- a riddle, a dilemma
The woman was in a conundrum because she locked her keys in her car.
(adj) obsequious- full of or exhibiting servile compliance.
The worker is obsequious to her boss and does what ihe asks of her.
(noun/verb) truckle- to submit or yield to obsequiously or tamely. Truckle bed, low bed on wheels slides under a larger bed when not in use. (type of bed used by servants represents the lower position)
When not in use, the truckle bed slides under the other bed.
Slaves have to be truckle, even to things that are unreasonable.
(noun) prescience- knowledge of things before they exist or happen, foresight
He knew the prescience of what would happen if he crossed the street without looking both ways first.
(adj) slovenly- sloppy, messy, untidy, unkept
With your hair all messed up and dirt all over your jeans you look slovenly or sloppy.
