What would the world be like if a war wiped out the entire population? What would happen if in a brand new utopian world, people are all cloned and mass produced, on a drug called soma, and only made for the purpose to make more people? The is Brave New World, Huxley's view of the furture. The story mainly takes place in a centre in England. God does not exist , he is now called Ford. Everyone is having sex and just doing the drug soma. Lenina and John live two seperate lifestyles. In the end, they were both unhappy and see the truth of their lifestyles which lead to a terrible fate.
Aldous Huxley (1894-1963) was born in Surrey, England. He is the author of many fictional books including this chilling story.
