Remember when we used to listen to simple plan together? Remember when no one called us names? Remember when they said we were in love? Remember when we used to eat cold pizza and way too salted spaghetti because my mum was late from work? Remember when we didn’t care what people thought of us? And remember that girl you even hated more than I did? Now you listen to ring a ling from the black eyed peas while I listen to escape the fate. They call you honey and sweetie while they call me emo and ugly. Now you have a girlfriend while I’m in love with a boy who doesn’t even know that I exist. You eat pizza with your friends in a fancy restaurant while I sit on the couch with a piece of bread and a bowl of soup. Now you are the most popular boy in school and I am just one of those kids with almost no friends. And the girl you hated is now your best friend… and I still hate her. What happened to you… to me… to us? I don’t think you remember all of this. I don’t think you want to. I think we changed.
