Dmitry Medvedev
Dmitry Medvedev was born on September 14, 1965 to Anatoly Medvedev and Yulia Medvedeva. His father was a professor at Leningrad Institure of Techonology. He then graduated from the Law Department of the Leningrad State University, and he later earned a PhD in private law.and in December 2005 Medvedev was named Person of the Year by Expert Magazine He is currently living and has one child with his wife Svetlana Linnik.
Dmitry Medvedev is currently the 3rd President of Russia. His political career started off by being the head of Vladimir Putin's presidential staff. Medvedev soon worked his way up Putin's ranks and then became the First Deputy Prime Minister. On March 2, 2008, Medvedev ran for the Russian President and won by a 71.25% of the popular vote.
