BRACE TIP 1: When you get them tightened buy loads of no chewble foods like potatoe (mash) yogerts and lots of smothies!!! cuas it herts to chew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BRACE TIP 2: if the brace care kit is for sale buy it!!!!! trust me it helps + brush ur teeth twice a day if you allready dont and rinse ur mouth out with water after every meal!
