While okami and makoto were still traveling, okami's tribe was getting ready for there leaders to come back. "I can't wait until okami and makoto comes back," says little whisker. "Yeah and as soon as makoto comes back he will help me train to become a better warrior", said Big claw. "Well as soon as okami comes back she will help me with my hunting lessons", Little fang stated. While Little whisker, Big claw, and Little fang was rambleing on about okami and makoto's return, Howling wolf just stayed to himself. Howling wolf never talked to anyone because he always thought he was not wanted in the wolf pack. "Hey Howling wolf, come and help me catch a deer for tonights celebration", shouted Little fang. "Ok", Howling wolf replied. Well the day past and it started to get dark, and everyone was very excited, for that night okami and makoto was returning to their tribe. "They should be coming any minute now", shouted Little whisker. Then in the gate way everyone saw okami and makoto arrive. "WELCOME HOME", everyone shouted. "It is good to be home", makoto replied. "It is so good to see all of you again", okami said. While everyone greeted their leaders, howling wolf snuck off into the woods, but what howling wolf didn't notice was that okami was watching him. When the celebration was over everone decided to turn in for the night. "Okami, where are you going?", makoto asked. " I'll be back i need to see whats wrong with howling wolf.", okami replied. "Ok don't be gone long.", makoto shouted after okami. While okami was heading towards howling wolf, howling wolf was having some problems. "It is always the same.", howling wolf said to himself. "Why is it that everyday i feel i am not wanted at this tribe?", howling wolf asked himself. "That"s because you don't give yourself the chance to enjoy this tribe." okami said. Starteled, howling wolf turned around and saw that okami was standing in the entrence to his little hideout. "There is no reason to be shy around me howling wolf, you can talk to me." okami said. "Okami, please tell me, why do i feel like i am not wanted here and why don't i feel like i actually belong here?" shouted howling wolf with tears in his eyes. "Well howling wolf, you are wanted in this tribe and the reason you don't feel like you belong in this tribe is because you are actually part of a tribe that was destroyed by hunters." okami said trying to cheer howling wolf up. "You, Little whisker, Big claw, and Little fang all have a story." okami said. "To tell you the truth this tribe that is made up of you, Little fang, little whisker, Big claw, Makoto, and I, everyone here are from different tribes." okami explained. While okami said this, howling wolf was in shock. "Let us head back to the village, and tomorrow i will tell you the story of your tribe." okami said to howling wolf. When they got back okami went to her hut and howling wolf went to his. When howling wolf layed down and right before he fell asleep he knew tomorrow was going to be a really long day for him.
