The book 1900's is about the 1900's and all it failures and accomplishments, from industry and child labor, to immigrants and new inventions. Women fighting for their rights and workers and Army men, working to better their United States.
The 1900's
The time is 1890's to the early 1900's. Event is the Industrialization of America. The People were the workers and immigrants of America.
Plot of this book is to show how construction was done and the growing population of Industries. It's about how different people work together to make our world better for the United States and its people.
Alot of the inventions that were made back then, has really helped us further our knowlege today. Take for instance the horse and buggy. People needed to get to places faster, so some genius people got together and invented the Automobile. Or the Candle, some people needed more light, and Edison created the light bulb giving light to all who needed it.
Famous Inventions. December 17, 1903 Wilbur and Orville Wright successfully flew the first airplane over the sands of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. Henry Ford in 1903, organized a new company in Detriot called Ford Motor Company. With this he created the first motorcar. It was called the Model T or Tin Lizzie. 1901 was the date of the first ever radio transmisson across the Atlantic Ocean. It was December 12th. The first Radio was invented in 1895.
