RUN OVER BOXES FOR THE SCROOLS The reason why i chose civil rights today, and how it changed. Was because i personally think blacks, asians, puerto ricans, etc got Alot of what they fought for, and half are more successful than whites! They get good paying jobs, go to school without being hassled, play sports, even be on hockey teams(which usually is a white sport). They are in congress,and now even Presidents!Also can vote freely!! I know that theres some people who'll Never get over the whole color issue, BUT theres Alot of people who don't even care about color and just look past it. whites.blacks, etc are all friends now!! On my glog, i have a time line on speechs/debates. These are:Dr. Martin L King"I Have A Dream ,Malcom x"OUR HISTORY WAS DESTROYED BY SLAVERY", and Barack Obama victory speech. I also put pictures of Oprah Winfrey: She grew up dirt poor, but now she's taking over, she helps out alot, and now was of the richest person. Halle Berry: A great hollywood actress. Daddy Yankee: He's not black, he's puerto rican, but he's a successful reggeton singer. Then a group of couples in different races,smiling/laughing. That's why i chose this topic!
