I cough. Water comes flying up from the back of my throat. I feel a sudden chill over me. So I open my eyes to see the sun. It beams as it did before the incident. But in front of the sun is something beautiful. A boy. His eyes are a deep gorgeous hazel. His deep brown hair is stringing wet. It strings down a little above his eyebrows, to the back of his neck. Water drips from in between lips, onto my breasts. I notice that my dress is cut in half. My dress was the burden to all problems. My once angel white bra is stained with black and dark green scum. I must have been underwater for some time. I try to take a breath in, I struggle with it. As an answer to my distress his lips meat mine-and he blows more air into my lungs. My heart rate flies. I feel his warm body against mine. Am I dead? Because I swear he is an angel. His lips are the softest, tenderest thing I have ever felt in my entire life. The docks warmth warms the back of my arms and lower spine. Its hardness pains my back. The boy’s lips part in curiosity. He straddles me and puts my left over wet hair behind my ears. His touch makes my whole body burn and ache for him. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The sun sets over the horizon and warms my heart. I hang my legs over the deck and hug myself-trying to pertend I'm in someones arms. All the heat escapes the earth- and the evening's air fills. As the earth turns slow-stars start to sparkle. As more I think, hours pass. The scenery is replaced with darkness. I lay back and cry, as a single sunflower floats in the water, of the morning light.
