1. Get a good costume. And a top hat
2. Find an Evil lair. Or school.
3. Make good introdutions.
4. Hire a competent Minion.
Not like Gir, though he's cool.
5. Choose your perfect Evil weapon.
Start with a Death Ray.
Classic beginners' laser.
Prove to them how evil you are.
Top hats make everything evil.
No one would suspect a school.
