Wills and Inheritance
For a Will to come into place it must be witnessed by 7 people. These people cannot be a women, slave, lunatic, or any other person not of worthy value. A slave can be an heir to a will, and a testator can have as many heirs as he likes.
Women
A women may now be able to file for divorce if her husband mistreats her. A widow may be able to raise her own kids and not have to give them up contrary to the previous law. Finally a women may be able to own property in equal value to her dowry.
