The Nervous System
The Spinal Cord: Is a long, thin, tubular bundle of nervous tissue and suport cells. The Brain: Controls the nerves in the spinal cord.
The Central and Peripheral Nevous Systems The central nervous system is the part of the nervous system that functions to coordinate the activity of all parts of the bodies organisms. The peripheral nervous system is outside of the central system and consists of the barin and spinal cord that connects the central nervous system to the limbs and organs.
Sense Organs Eyes, Hands, Ears, Mouth, and Nose. The purpose is so that you can see, feel, hear, taste, and touch.
Motor nerves and Sensory nerves Motor nerves allow the brains to have muscle contractions. Sensory nerves are nerves that tell you how you feel and if it is painful or not.
