By eating healthy and not letting your bloodsugar get too high, you can have more energy and be les grumpy. Some foods can also keep your gums and teeth healthy to whiten your smile!
There are thousands of ways to incorprate healthy eating into your everyday life. A good way to bring healthy eating into your life is instead of having ice cream for dessert, you can have frozen yogourt with fruit on top.

Some people seem to think that for your orange vegetables you have to have a carrot everyday or think that they haved to eat brusselsprouts everyday, just because they taste bad! (Like many other vegetables I know of!) You don't have to have the same thing everyday to get the nutrience you need. In fact, trying a lot of different foods is one of the best ways to get all of your vitamins and nutrience!
To have healthy growth and development, you need to eat from each of the four food groups. Fruit and vegetables, meat and alternatives, milk and alternitaves, and grain.s.
