When you're pregnant, you should always remember to excercise! you can do pilates, yoga, aerobics, and even lift light weights. You should also rest as much as you can, and maintain a healthy diet. Take prenatal vitamins and make sure you get enough folic acid, iron, protein and calcium.
DO NOT: Smoke Drink Alcohol Take Drugs (illegal or over the counter) Or have too much Caffeine All of these things can hurt the baby!!
DELIVERY: The most common way for delivery is in the hospital, but you can also get a midwife and have the baby or your house, or you can have a water birth. In the hospital, the birth can be natural (no medication) or you can get an epidural. The epidural will cause you to feel no pain, but there are some risks that come with is. A baby can also be delivered through a cesarean. This may happen if the baby is breech. Cesareans have a longer recovery, but alot of people have them so don't worry if you have to get one.
