I fear the life within me Will drown the lesson I need to teach The crying shame of my last tear Haunting the hate I hold so close I'm wearing thin I'm breaking down Everything is falling away Don't disturb me now Hold back your words My mind's on fire
A crowded face lies to me And curses the time when men fall down The itching torment of my first smile Burning the hate I hold so close I'm crying now I'm draining blood Nothing is staying with me Let me lie awake Keep your secrets My mind is freezing
My bitter thoughts keep me sane But crush the feelings that dwell inside The flirting anger of my last scream Fighting the hate I hold so close I'm losing hope I'm needing peace Anything is better than this Stop my loneliness Screw your theories My mind is dying
