We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of purchase so that your sweets should be with you within 3-5 working days of placing your order. We normally dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Please be aware orders received late afternoon will be dispatched the following morning. And if your making an order during the weekend, it want be dispatched until Monday. However, if you need your sweets for a specific date, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our utmost to ensure that they are received on time. Delivery costs are costed per delivery address NOT per customer order. Delivery charges will not be refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. FedEx UK delivery All deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery FedEx UK will try and deliver again the next day. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the depot and re-delivery will incur another delivery charge to be paid before the goods are sent back at out.
