Editorial In my opinion I think my over all progress on my newspaper should have been better. I could have used better words to express the content of the story or for a better understanding. I also think I could have done better research and put my newspaper together a little better. I will be honest my work could have been better I am not disappointed by it, but I am not very happy with it either. I do not think my newspaper fits up to the five hundred point standard I am missing some things and I am afraid I am going to fail this class as a result of this project. The work was hard and I should have put more time and effort into it especially with it being such a high point project and with the time we did have to work on it. I should have used my time more wisely then I did. I feel this is not my nest work and I’m sure you will see it too. I am capable of more then I have done and I wish you could have seen the great ideas that I had but did not incorporate them.

Dear Brittany, i am currently working at a retail store and there is so much conflict within the store and i do not know how to over come it. nobody communicates! i do not know what to do! i want to quit. what should i do? Sincerely, xobabykisses Dear xobabykisses, Try talking to your boss about the problem. yes you might think you are snitching but it will work. you need to have communication within the store other wise there will be conflict. your boss can help with that. ask to see if you can have a shop meeting and express what is going on and stress about what needs to happen. How to keep communication in the work place. 1.Make sure your employees know the definition of communication. 2.If you have a certain employee other employees need to see for their answer let them know they need to ask that person. 3.Have shop meetings so that the employee always knows what is going on. 4.If your employee has a question clarify it for them so they don’t do the job wrong.

Local business highlight Cost cutters hair salon Crystal Long she is a local Colorado hair stylist. Most people know her by “red.” On average she does an 8 to 16 hour day. She does everything from making your hair curly to straight. She also twists, curls, and cuts hair. Another service she offers is coloring, lightening, and darkening hair. She also does waxing services. Crystal needs to be able to educate the public and give out prescriptions like a doctor would but for hair instead of the body. She must have good phone skills, be willing to be a good listener, and pass out advice like a psychologist. At the end of her day she must clean up the shop she works in like a janitor.
