Principle 3 - Use Active Learning Techniques One of the basics of Active Learning - and by extention Project (or Problem) Based Learning - is the creation of a product which demonstrates that learning goals have been achieved. In an online course, especially, the creation of a product directly linked to specific objectives demonstrates not only mastery of those objectives, but allows students to play to the strengths of their own learning styles. In this glog, the use of both Glogster and Photostory 3 will be demonstrated as alternatives to traditional assessment.
