How crime has changed over time... I think over time crime has become alot less brutal than in the olden days. for example in the 1200s to 1790 people were hung drawen and quaterd which means first you would be draged behind a horse to the gallows and then they would hang you till you weere nearly dead then cut your head off and spilt your body in to four pieces!. You would get this for high treason and other horrible crimes like murder
