After the product has been frozen, the workers at the frozen yoghurt factories take the yoghurt out of the freezers and package them. Then they put it back into the freezer and freeze it until it gets to -26 degrees celcius. Depending on the type of freezer and size and shape of the package, this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 12 hours.
