The containers of frozen yoghurt are packed really tightly and close together in the delivery trucks so that the temperature doesn't change a lot during shipping. The temperature in the trucks is mechanically controlled so that it is around minus 26 degrees celcius. Sometimes if the temerature hanges too much in the trucks they use dry ice. The trucks take the frozen yoghurt to retail outlets and food service establishments or sometimes even to other manufacturers to process it more and make it into other things.
