All these ecosystem are alike because they have dirt. The ocean has sand, the desert has dirt and the rainforest has dirt or soil. All ecosystems have to have both biotic(living) and abiotic (not living) factors, which each of these have. These three ecosystems all have plants and rocks. None (from the pictures) have obvious signs of human impact.
