Room and Board & Meal Plans Students have the option of living at Cardinal Gardens apartments. The units are air-conditioned one or two bedroom apartments with shared bathrooms. Each room comes with 2 extra long twin beds. Linen packet (pillow case, top and bottom bed sheets, 2 bath towels and face cloth) is provided along with pillow and blanket. Option 1: Double occupancy, two people per room, two bedroom apartment -$1,250 Option 2: Single occupancy, one person per room, two bedroom apartment $1,600 Option 3: Single occupancy, one person per room, one bedroom aparment -$1,800 Students also have the option of purchasing one of the following meal plans. Option 1: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, Monday-Friday $650 Option 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, Monday-Friday, plus the weekends-$900
