Uranus takes 84 years to revolve all the way around the sun.. Uranus is the seventh planet from the sun. When Uranus was first discovered, by William Herschel , he named it Georgium Sidus, which mean't Star of George. Later, astronomers named it Uranus. It has a rocky core and viewed by the naked eye, Uranus is barley visible.
Uranus is an icy planet and it's precise orbital period is eighty-four years, three days, and fifteen and sixty-six hundreds of an hour. Uranus' rotation takes about seventeen and twenty-five hundreds of an hour. Uranus is the only planet that doesn't have a Roman name and it's the only planet with a Greek name.
Uranus has twenty-seven moons that we know about. The five large moon's are Miranda, Titania, Oberon, Umbriel, and Ariel. Uranus has thirteen rings.
