The land that never shine has natural resources of moonlight, gas, and coal.
What goods/ services will be produced? In the land of no shine, everyone focus is to make light. They use moonlight for natural light, gas for things like electric fire light, and coal for fire lighting. Gas and coal require service jobs because they need to be pumped and mined to be used.
How will these goods/services be produced? First, the people will mine the coal, get the oil, and capture the moonlight with lunar panels. Then in factories they will produce the electricity to be used in the lights..
How will the goods/ services be distributed? The government will provide electricity to all of the people of the Land of No Shine because there is no other way for them to get any sort of electricity.
