This company is a like a home for the elder. They take care of them, but they have a choice to decide what they want to do. I think this company will still be in a steady pace and not change in the next 15 years. Although they mite expand their business.
This job a person can get as soon as they graduate from high school. Its and average job with an average salary. This job requires the ability to do simple task such as fixing things when they break.
My favorite thing about this job is that we got to talk to the residents alot and there fun to talk to. I my least favorite part was that we had to walk around the building alot.
I would probably not pick this as a job i would like because it is not in my interest to keep fixing things that brake.
