We rode in his car, into the sunset Not knowing where we were going or what we'd do next His arm around me keeping me warm from the wind A tingle inside me, from his soft touching skin He pulls the car to the side of the road As he runs into a feild just freshly mowed He winks at me, his signal, he wants me to come I stare at him, smiling, I just know hes the one I run to him, savoring each step When I reach him he is looking straight up He turns to me slowly as we both sit on the ground We both stare at the moon, its perfetly round I rest my head on his shoulder Knowing that night, together we would grow older He kisses me softly and I start to blush All through my body I feel such a rush He says, I love you I tell him I love him, too Then we look at the stars watching them gleam And I suddenly realize, it was all, just a dream
