Do you need a confidence boost? Here are a few tips... 1. Look for a role model (someone who has self confidence) and learn from them. 2. Focus on your achievements rather than your failures. 3. Learn how to feel good about yourself 4. Act as if you were self confident! You will feel more confident. 5. Focus on who you are and what you like about yourself. Why do your friends like you? 6. Prepare thoroughly for any task so that you can be sure you are ready. 7. Work on any skills you need to do what you want, you can never be overtrained or over skilled for any challenge in life. 8. Always smile and stand up straight 9. Set reachable goals for yourself and break difficult tasks into smaller steps Reward yourself when you succeed no matter how small the achievement 10. Finally, I advise you not to be too competitive or compare yourself with others. Be yourself and accept that life is not a race against others but your self confidence depends on you and your personal needs.

Which of us can honestly say, we dont care what others think, that we wouldnt love to be supermodel gorgeous? We wouldnt change a single thing about ourself, that we couldnt find some sort of flaw on our bodies? But whose to say that they're really flaws? Who has the right to tell us we have to look like that.....
But they do. So we do, or at least we try. But do we really want to look like that?
