When you go shopping for grocries think healthy!

As for eating healthy, you also need to stay healthy with other things like by quitting smoking or other addictions. Smoking can cause heart attack's and other body problems too. So if you are a smoker try to put down the ciggarette!
Your grocry list should look some what healthy. But remember it is ok to have a treat once and a while!
Soccer is a great example of staying fit! You run and have fun with your friends! That will keep you fit and even maybe get you a new hobbie!
I know that playing on the computer or watching T.V is probably the top choice for us kids, but it is not healthy! So when you go to turn on the T.V say to your self, ''I should go outside! ''
You should eat 5 servings of meat a day, 6 servings of dairy products a day, 4 servings of vegetables, 6 servings of grains a day.
